ATTENTION! ATTENTION! It's birthing season! In this season, many of us will start to experience a birth of those things we have been praying for! The jobs, the promotions, the houses, the businesses, are on the way!
However, as with any birth, a transition must take place. In pregnancy, things must stretch, pull, and even tighten, the make room for the baby. It's all a part of the process! Preparing for the new thing can be uncomfortable. But it's necessary, for the baby to grow and mature appropriately! The question is will you throw in the towel and try to abort the process!
Birthing a new thing will cost you time, and force you out of your comfort zone. The crazy thing about when God is going to do a new thing is that you almost immediately face opposition. I have come to notice that the enemy loves to discourage me when a new thing is on the way. At times, he pulls out all the stops to try to block your blessing! Just in the past year death, hospital stays, and a series of bad news have all come to stop my progress. I find myself having to constantly repeat the phrase, "The bigger the battles, the bigger the victories." The reality is there is an all out assault on your dream!
Listen to what Jesus says about the devil, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." John 10:10.
In other words, the enemy of your soul is seeking to steal, kill, and destroy all that God has for you and even you. Why wouldn't he...especially if he knows that your dream has the ability to change the world around you! The bad news is the enemy has no issues taking it all the way! He will even use those closest to you around you to discourage you, and make you doubt your calling! Don't fall for the the trap of the enemy! However, friends I tell you that what God has for you...is for you! But don't run away from the process. Much like a woman about to give birth can't run away from having her baby, neither can you! There's no time to give in now!
YOUR DUE DATE IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!
In the natural, the last few weeks of pregnancy are the most trying. During this time, the pressure is intense, and there is an expectation is in the air. Many try to rush the date to come, but the reality is only God knows the day and time your new baby will be born. Don't rush the process, or fight against it, pray into it! Ask for peace and wisdom on how to move forward.
For many of you, the next 60 days will be pivotal for your dream to become a reality! And guess what...if God says yes to your dream, the answer is YES! It doesn't matter what the enemy says or throws your way! Your dream is on the way!
And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns. Philippians 1:6
