Imagine a group of your closest friends showed up at your doorstep today and handed you a fresh cap, gown, and confetti. When you opened the door, they screamed in unison "Congratulations". First you would be confused, and then you would take your new wardrobe. I mean, after all, it's a free gift!
Now, what if I told you this IS what the Lord is offering you TODAY! A graduation is a representation of moving forward, changing seasons, a shifting environment. It's a way to say the old things are passed away. The question is "Are you ready for the new"?
Friends, today I invite you to graduate!
Let's graduate from our past. Let's make a choice to no longer accept the shame, defeat, frustration, hopelessness that you wore before. Your cap and gown has arrived. And the BEST news is, the only thing you have to do it receive it! You don't have the opportunity to say I didn't earn it! It's a free gift from God to you!
It's the season of graduating! The season of moving forward. And the great news is, ANYONE who is willing to receive it!
The truth is the only that can stop you in this moment is you. You can choose to be free from your past level or you can stay right where you are! God won't force you to make a change, He is a gentleman. However, the gift is yours to receive.
Will you decide to level up and out of your current level?
Will you choose to forgive those who have wronged you?
Will you decide to no longer accept the lies of the enemy?
Will you decide to pray before you worry?
Are you willing to separate from toxic friendships, abusive situations, and move forward?
With God, you can surely move say yes boldly! Where you are weak, I can assure you He is strong! He will give you strategy to no longer accept the life you have once lived and to move forward!
Embrace this new season of your life! IT IS FOR YOU!
Throw your confetti! Tear off those old clothes of past! And walk into your new identity in Jesus name!
